The Katz-Helen and Ray Whittle, Jr. Foundation hosts the Character Awards program scholarships throughout the elementary, middle, and high schools in Glynn County and McIntosh County, Georgia.
"Character Corners" were established in school libraries with books and resources on character education available to students, teachers, parents, and staff.
